The Untold Story is a project that reveals the narrative of my grandfather’s service in the Second World War. The work serves as a tribute to a man who helped me uncover a fascination with the past. Brought together through still life, familial imagery and documentary images, work composes a narrative of his service experience onboard navy ships. The work hosts personal importance as an act of honouring my grandfather and reminds us that very few serviceman remain to tell their stories.
